Hop Valley Brewing Co has created their latest Bubble Stash IPA with Cryo Hops. I’ve never heard of Cryo Hops before, so it definitely peaked my interest.
Cryo Hops are the concentrated bittering and oil containing portion of the hop. It gives the beer a strong flavour and aroma in the beer.
This smooth-drinking IPA has tropical flavours that uses the power and innovation of Cryo Hops to bring natural blueberry, tangerine and stone fruit characteristics to new altitudes – without the bitterness.
Taste Test
My personal taste preference is light and effervescent beers, so I really wanted to know if the bitterness of the IPA could be tamed. As I took a few sips, I instantly noticed the bright and fruity notes. It definitely isn’t bitter but still holds true to what and IPA should be.
