The Teahouse, Seasons in the Park, Cardero’s, and The Sandbar: 2024 Valentine’s Menus

The Sequoia Company of Restaurants is helping hopeless romantics show their love by hosting special Valentine’s Day dinners at its Seasons in the Park, Teahouse in Stanley Park, Sandbar and Cardero’s locations on Wednesday, February 14.

At Seasons in the Park, guests can cozy up and celebrate with that special someone by savouring a three-course prix-fixe feast for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity that features an amuse-bouche of Pan-Seared Scallop with salsa verde; an appetizer choice of Seasons-Stuffed Mushrooms, Lobster BisqueBeet & Burrata Salad or Beef Carpaccio; entrée selections that include Surf & Turf (7oz tenderloin, garlic prawns), Pistachio-Crusted Sea Bass, Duck Duo (Confit leg, Pan-Seared breast), or Wild Mushroom Agnolotti; and a sweet end to the dining experience courtesy of either Sunburnt Lemon Pie or Chocolate Lava Cake.

Across town at Teahouse in Stanley Park, lovers can mark the occasion and bask in long, lingering glances over a three-course set menu for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity that features an amuse-bouche of Dungeness Crab Arancini; an appetizer choice of Ahi Tuna SaladBeef Tartare or Zucchini Carpaccio; a palate cleanser of Compressed Watermelon with feta, mint and passion fruit drizzle; Beef WellingtonLobster PappardelleCrab-Crusted Sea Bass or Spinach Agnolotti as an entrée; and either Strawberry Heart or Chocolate Milano Cake as a dessert course.

On Granville Island, lovers can take a romantic stroll before enjoying an intimate dinner together via a special menu at The Sandbar that showcases appetizers such as Wagyu Beef Carpaccio ($24), Crab & Prawn Cannelloni ($21) or Hoshi’s Special (dynamite roll with tempura prawn, salmon & tuna nigiri, $24); entrées that include Eight Hour Braised Beef Shortrib ($42), Lobster Bouillabaisse ($52) or Ratatouille Galette ($31); and dessert selections including Tiramisu ($13) and Chai-Spiced Pot de Crème ($13).

Over on the edge of Coal Harbour, Cardero’s will cast a spell and tempt the palates of guests with special features that include appetizers like Lobster Bisque ($19), Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms ($19.50) and a Wedge Salad ($15); Entrées such as Grilled Arctic Char ($39), Rigatoni alla Vodka ($31) and Braised Lamb Shank ($45); and decadent dessert selections Strawberry Shortcake ($13 and Torta Milano ($13).
