Stock & Supply relaunches with new spring-themed menu

Stock & Supply will reemerge with a fresh, engaging new look and menu more than two years after its grand opening. Following a closure during the Covid-19 pandemic, this culinary gem in the Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites is back just in time for spring.

This exciting relaunch will be focused on the turning of the seasons, with new, spring-centric dishes and drinks, decor and artwork. The concept is centred around locality and strives to champion seasonal ingredients and products that reflect the time of year. Menu programming this spring will highlight Salt Spring mussels and clams, heirloom gem tomato, local salmon, seasonal berries, rock crab and more. The “Build-Your-Own Board” offering will also remain central to the concept going forward, allowing guests to curate personalized boards from a selection of B.C. cheese, artisanal meat, locally-sourced produce, house-made pickles and preserves to name a few.

Celebration will also be a central pillar of the concept moving forward –– celebration of togetherness, of great food and drink, of the everyday. Whether for a quick morning bite, happy hour or group dinner, the personal service, thoughtfully crafted, curated dishes and drinks, and welcoming atmosphere will make any occasion memorable here.

The menu will continue to feature unique build-your-own-board offerings, with the new focus on rotating, seasonal delicacies. The “Stocked Board” is served with grilled sourdough, roasted pepper hummus, house pickles, hot peppers and confit garlic, and guests can choose an additional three items to add, such as B.C. honey + lemon brussels sprouts with crisp lardon, Yarrow Meadows smoked duck breast with spiced strawberry, pepper ricotta with truffle honey bruschetta, and much more.

Lunch service is once again returning to the restaurant. Along with the breakfast, happy hour, and dinner menus, it has seen an inspired seasonal refresh. Diners will be able to savour soon-to-be new favourites –– from strawberry challah french toast to lemongrass chicken noodles –– at any time of day.

Executed by Executive Chef Mike Reid, the menu is an ode to local, in-season British Columbia dining. “We are incredibly proud of our menu and excited to unveil it. It’s a great mix of tried-and-true guest favourites along with new, elevated seasonal offerings. Everything we create is a testament to the incredible flavours and ingredients we have right here in B.C.”

The distinctive drinks list will be no different, allowing guests to explore unique flavour combinations. From refreshing sips –– The S&S Bellini with Okanagan peach-infused Woods Amaro and prosecco –– to bold flavours –– The “Kentucky Meets B.C.” with Trust Southern Whisky, B.C. blueberries, apple and lime –– there are delectable options for all. This spring, the Sakura Martini will be a particularly compelling option, paying homage to cherry blossom season with Sakura cherry blossom green tea syrup, Sheringham Kazuki gin, Osake B.C. sake and maraschino liqueur.

The interiors at the restaurant have seen some changes as well. With new signage in the lobby and a rotating selection of art from The Vancouver Art Gallery on display, Stock & Supply is further solidifying its identity as a dynamic, inventive concept to always explore something new. So much more than simply a hotel restaurant, Stock & Supply embodies innovative yet approachable local dining. Ideally situated at 550 W Hastings St in Vancouver, it’s the perfect backdrop for any occasion –– special celebrations and everyday meals.

Regarding the relaunch, General Manager of Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites, Barry Johnson, said, “Stock & Supply is all about celebration. We’re thrilled to be back and able to provide a destination for incredible meals and togetherness. After a challenging past two years, we’re excited to step into a new iteration of the concept and share it with all our guests.”
