Mother’s Day is sneaking up on us and to bring a sweet touch on this day of gratitude for the queen of the house, Buttermere Patisserie is serving up three delicate and uniquely flavoured cakes to order.

With three vastly different styles to choose from, Buttermere caters to diverse personalities and tastes. This Mother’s Day, select from three distinct cakes including lemon lavender, guava raspberry, and cherry pistachio.

The Honey Violet is a white glazed honey sponge cake layered with lemon jelly, lavender ganache, lavender mousse, and a honeycomb Rice Krispy crunch. Decorated in hues of pastel yellow and lavender then topped with lavender macarons, this light and refreshing cake is an ideal palate cleanser to wrap up a satisfying meal.

A whimsical cake assembled with vanilla sponge, raspberry jelly, guava cremeux, raspberry mousse, and a vanilla streusel, then topped with a crescent moon, pearl balls, and encircled by a pink chocolate ring, the Guava Moonlight is a feminine and endearing option.

And for those looking for something more rustic and straightforward in flavour, the Cheri Pistacia is an unconventional, yet uncomplicated cherry and pistachio duo. Topped with a cherry heart, this elegant and palatable cake is made of a pistachio dacquoise, cherry cream mix, Morello cherry compote, and pistachio mousse.

Available for preorder on Buttermere Patisserie’s website at $68 each for pick up at Torafuku (958 Main Street) or delivery, celebrate mom from April 29th to May 11th.
