Ganache Pâtisserie is pleased to announce its newest cake creation for this year’s Mother’s Day. Hojicha Matcha Pistache ($49.95) features a tender pistachio-matcha chiffon cake layered with an earthy hojicha-marron buttercream mousseline and a bright strawberry-blackberry compote in the center. The entire cake is sprayed in a pink chocolate velvet with a crown of vanilla chantilly cream, shards of matcha chocolate decor, fresh blackberries and raspberries and a couple of Ruby chocolate butterflies.
The Hojicha Matcha Pistache ($49.95) is available as a tall 4” cake which feeds 6–8 people and will be available in our showcase for Mother’s Day weekend on May 7th and 8th only. To avoid disappointment of a sellout, pre-orders are strongly recommended for the Hojicha Matcha Pistache or any other cakes and dessert pickups on Mother’s Day, Sunday May 8th.
