Fresh Prep, Western Canada’s top-rated meal kit delivery service, has unveiled its brand new holiday menu, now available for pre-orders online. Homecooks can plan ahead for the upcoming season by pre-ordering a selection of easy-to-prepare holiday feasts, as well as grazing dishes, decadent desserts, and shareable plates.

“The holidays are a time for togetherness and definitely this year, there is a huge desire for hosting parties and dinners at home or at a special venue with loved ones,” says Becky Brauer, Co-founder and Co-CEO at Fresh Prep. “Our Fresh Prep holiday meals are designed to be easy to make and delicious. We also want to continue supporting local, small businesses by including them on our holiday pre-order menu. In BC, we’re working with Nelson and the Seagull, The Nut Merchant, and Grounds for Coffee for their famous cinnamon rolls. There is just so much to discover this year!”

For those looking to feast, highlights from Fresh Prep’s holiday pre-order menu include Roast Turkey Dinner with Garlic Roast Potatoes & Gravy (serves six, $129); New York Striploin Roast Dinner with Loaded Mashed Potatoes (serves six; $149) complemented by a charcuterie board, Lime Sriracha Cashews from The Nut Merchant, savoury tarts and a Swiss Fondue Kit.

Sweet treats include an Apple & Cranberry Crumble Kit (serves four; $12.90), Gooey Skillet Brownie (serves four; $12.90),  Nelson and the Seagull’s Carrot Cake and Raisin Brioche French Toast Kit, and Panela Lemon’s Gingerbread Cookie. As with all Fresh Prep meals, delivery is free and directly sent to customers’ doors.

Fresh Prep is also committed to giving back to the community, year-round, especially during the holiday season. For every Roast Turkey Dinner, or NY Striploin Roast Dinner sold, Fresh Prep will donate the equivalent of 2.5 meals, to help the food insecure, supporting the Vancouver Food Runners organization. It has made a weekly donation of surplus food to Vancouver Food Runners since July 2021, equivalent to  113,958 meals to those who need it most.

“Vancouver Food Runners are doing important work for our communities, by providing food for some of our regions most vulnerable,” adds Dhruv Sood, Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Fresh Prep. “We are honoured to be able to play a part in helping those in need with our food donations.”
