Situated in Tsawwassen Mills, at 5000 Canoe Pass Way, Tsawwassen, near Gate 6 of the shopping mall, this marks the seventh store under the management of CoCo Tea YVR Group and the nineteenth in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
