All That Jazz: Parq Vancouver’s The Victor Adds New Food, Drink & Entertainment Features to the Nightly Menu

The Victor is lighting up the nights of the new year by adding a number of new food, drink and entertainment features to the fresh sheet at the popular downtown Vancouver steakhouse located on the 6th floor of the Parq Vancouver Casino (39 Smithe Street).

Starting January 10 and every Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m., talented local vocal trio The Agency Singers will take centre stage at the restaurant and bring the house down with renditions of vintage-style classics including jazz, swing and ragtime in addition to popular modern music with a throwback twist.

The Victor has also added a new ‘Showcase Menu’ to the nightly lineup that brings together the best of farms, fields and oceans and wine pairings hand-picked from the Victor cellars and features:

Behind the pine, the Victor’s bartending team is also showcasing a new list of libations that includes the bittersweet, stiff ‘Smokin’ Jukebox Classic’ (Bombay Sapphire, red vermouth, rosemary infused Select 1920 aperitivo), $21; bright and effervescent ‘Timeless Beauty’ (Roku gin, sake, peach, matcha, bubbles, gold), $21; bold and smoky ‘The Jazzual Suspect’ (Patrón añejo, mezcal, coffee liqueur, amaro, coffee & orange bitters), $36; sweet-meets-sour ‘Baby Love’ (Grey Goose, Cynar, ginger, pineapple, coconut), $21; and the velvety, warming notes of ‘All About That Bass’ (Bacardi spiced, Cloud House cold brew, rum, licor 43, espresso).

The Victor is open for dinner Mondays to Thursdays from 5 to 11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to midnight and Sundays for brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m.
