Kafka-sign

While getting a morning breakfast with my coworkers, we stopped by Kafka’s for some coffee. They are serious about coffee and use various brewing methods. I don’t know the different brewing methods, but I know a good cup of coffee when I taste it.

He’s making a pour over. Coffee is really an art and is essential for mornings of an office worker. I’ve heard much about their syphon coffee but I needed something quick to-go.

  Kafka-latte

Latte ($4.25) in my to go cup. I wish they filled it up to the top, but it fell an inch short. The latte tasted good.

I put on the lid and off I went to work with some good coffee.
