Fine Choice Foods is a family-run business operating out of Richmond, BC. The Lui Family started the business in 1986 in a small retail store on Cambie Street in Vancouver selling frozen Dim Sum and sauces. Back then, their specialties were dumpling and spring rolls, which they made in their small retail space.
Fast forward to 2016, they are now a nationally recognized manufacturer of Asian foods, not limited to just dumplings and spring rolls. The Lui family still own, oversee and manage the day to day operations.
This year, they will be celebrating their 30th Anniversary on February 26th, 2016.
