Bring a little taste of the Emerald Isle to your dinner table this St Patrick’s Day with Irish-inspired gourmet goodness from Edge Catering.  From Guinness Scotch style Beef Pies to Chef Jasmin Porcic’s take on the traditional Irish stew, decadent Irish Cream Nanaimo Bars and more, it will be hard to decide what to try first!   

  • Guinness Irish Stew – Pork tenderloin, Guinness beer, bacon, flour, oil, garlic, beef stock, beer, wine, tomato, sugar, herbs, Worcestershire, onion, carrot, parsnip, celery, parsley, 
  • Colcannon Mashed Potatoes – Potatoes, butter, bacon, leeks, green onion, cream, kale
  • Mushy Peas & Steamed Carrots 
  • Irish Cream Nanaimo Bar

$24/ person      $48/ for 2 

  • Guinness Scotch Beef Pies (4 pk – freeze beautifully) $25·      
  • 4 pack of Guinness Beer  (440 ml) $16

**All orders must be placed by 3pm on Monday, March 15th.  Pickup available Tuesday, March 16th and Wednesday, March 17th between 10 am to 4pm.

Pickup:  Edge Catering – located at 1927 East Hastings Street (rear entrance off Victoria)or by pre-arranged delivery for an additional charge.
