Dishes featured on the Thanksgiving dinner menus will be available on an a-la-carte basis alongside optional wine pairings from some of the region’s most iconic vineyards. At the bar, each restaurant will be offering a special fall-inspired feature Crantini drink – a sweet and seasonal mix of Absolut citron vodka, Triple Sec and cranberry juice.

This year’s main event will be an Oven Roasted Turkey served with garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry herb stuffing, Brussel sprouts, honey glazed carrots, cranberry sauce and pan jus. Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with berry compote and caramel sauce is sure to end the night on a sweet note.

The Sandbar

A beloved dining option on the picturesque Granville Island waterfront, The Sandbar welcomes gatherings this holiday weekend with a very special Thanksgiving dinner menu. The holiday lineup includes Butternut Squash Soup with cardamom cream and roasted pumpkin seeds; a Fall Salad of quinoa, beets, apples, dried cranberries, goat’s cheese and honey chive dressing; Oven Roasted Turkey with garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, Brussel sprouts, candied carrots, sage au jus and cranberry sauce; and a Classic Pumpkin Pie dessert topped with caramel sauce and Chantilly whip.

Cardero’s Restaurant

Cardero’s Restaurant is a favourite waterfront haunt in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood and a charming spot for a special Thanksgiving meal. The restaurant’s signature Thanksgiving dinner menu will begin with a Butternut Squash Soup and spiced apple chutney, and a Kale Rustico salad featuring olive oil Dijon massaged kale, grated Romano, olive oil breadcrumbs and house pickled red onions. Oven Roasted Turkey will be served alongside buttery mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, cognac pan jus and traditional cranberry orange sauce. For a sweet finish, Cardero’s will be serving a delicate Pumpkin Cheesecake with Chantilly cream and caramel drizzle.
