The Teahouse will now be open Thursday to Sunday from 4 p.m. onwards. Dinner service will be offered both indoors and on the open-air patio where guests can enjoy scenic views of the lush forest landscape, the North Shore Mountains, and the sparkling waters of the Burrard Inlet. The fine-dining restaurant also plans to relaunch its popular weekend brunch service in July.

As part of The Teahouse’s long-awaited reopening this month, industry veteran Sic Kim will be joining the back-of-house team as restaurant’s new Executive Chef. Kim brings a creative energy and an enthusiasm for regional cuisine and seasonal ingredients to his new leadership role at The Teahouse. The award-winning chef takes a refined approach to Pacific Northwest cuisine while drawing inspiration from his international travels and unique culinary traditions from across the globe.

The Teahouse’s new dinner menu offers guests a curated selection of premium meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes. New signature items include Bone-In 16 oz.
