Valentine’s Day is around the corner and Pacific Yacht Charters Catering has the perfect meal for 2. We gave the meal a try and we really enjoyed it. Heating up the main dishes and plating all the items nicely was a breeze and the instructions were easy to follow.
To Start:
Garlic Grilled Jumbo Tiger Prawns
Orange Goat Cheese Mousse, Pomegranate, Toasted Pistachios, Seed Crisp
To Dine:
PYC Caesar Salad, lemon-anchovy dressing, garlic brioche croutons, shaved parmesan
Choice of:
Pan Roast Wild Sablefish or Sous Vide 8oz Hormone Free NY Striploin Steak
both served with:
smoked almond romesco, chimichurri, farro risotto, squash, sweetlet peas, wilted greens, guajillo and pasilla chili oil
Chocolate Flan Heart to share
rich chocolate cake, vanilla caramel flan, raspberry coulis and cream, gold leaf wrapped strawberry.
It’s a great meal for the evening and we enjoyed it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an easy meal to impress. You can also add alcohol and wine to your meal too.
