York Room for Private Dining
The York Room at Hawksworth Restaurant can fit large groups of 63 people seated or 80 for a standing reception. The room overlooks the Vancouver Art Gallery and the surrounding areas.
The room takes you back to the 1920’s filled with chandeliers and ornate heritage pieces, while paired with modern technology that will work for an array of private events from receptions, birthdays, to business meetings.
Hawksworth Catering
Hawksworth has a catering division that can cater weddings, galas, office luncheons, and just about anything you can think of.
You can choose from their menu of options or request something personalized that suits you theme, budget, and any other preferences.
We were invited to get a sneak peek of what they are able to create a 4 course menu situated in the The York Room with similar dishes from the Hawksworth Restaurant. The dishes were all seasonal using the freshest ingredients available. The dinner was crafted by Chef de Cuisine Antonio Sotomayor.
Final Thoughts
It’s good that there are more options than just the Hawksworth Restaurant if you’re looking to have larger special events but still have the same dishes or even different ones that fit your party.
