Ganache Patisserie’s 2022 Holiday Menu

With the holiday season just around the corner, Ganache Pâtisserie is pleased to announce this year’s holiday menu.  Going back to basics and simplifying things, Ganache Pâtisserie is making just one new addition to our bûches de Noëls menu.
 
Joining our classic Bûche au Chocolat (chocolate roulade sponge, dark chocolate ganache, dark chocolate mousseline filling with cocoa nibs and chocolate buttercream) and Bûche au Marron Café (coffee chiffon cake, Zephyr Caramel coffee ganache, a chestnut mousseline filling, chestnut pieces and vanilla buttercream), we are pleased to introduce Bûche aux Citrouille et Bailey’s Chocolat.  Within a chocolate pumpkin chiffon cake base, Bûche aux Citrouille et Bailey’s Chocolat has a pumpkin chocolate ganache and Bailey’s Irish cream mousseline filling while the bûche is finished in a Bailey’s Irish cream buttercream.  All 3 yulelogs are decorated with assorted chocolate trees and leaves, traditional meringue mushrooms, and holiday-themed chocolate décor.  Our traditional bûches will be available in a 6” size that feeds 6-8 people for $55.95 and an 8” size that feeds 8-10 people for $69.95. By special request only, a 12” size that feeds 12-15 people will be available for $99.95. 
 
All three bûche de noël are now available for pre-order and we will have the 6” and 8” sizes available in our showcase starting Friday December 16th
 
We are also happy to announce a new creation to our Fall/Winter 2022 menu.  Pavé aux Café Caramel Rhum ($9.95) takes layers of espresso chiffon cake and malted chocolate chiffon cake intertwined with layers of caramel praline crunch, caramel rum mousseline and an espresso chocolate ganache while its top is finished in a milk chocolate caramel glaze. 
 
And with the holiday season, we welcome the return of our mincemeat tarts ($5.50) which are currently available on Fridays and Saturdays only.
