The 2022 season started on May 5th and usually has a short 30-40 day season that can’t be missed. You can eat spot prawns raw, stir-fried, steamed, boiled, or deep-fried. Alternatively, you can freeze it for the future.
BC spot prawns are naturally sweet, delicate and so versatile in many dishes. It’s one of my personal favourite seafood to cook at home.
