Vancouver Firefighter Charities (VFC) will fan the flames and get pulses racing for the 2024 Hall of Flame Calendar when it hosts the official Selection Party at The Roxy Cabaret on the Granville Strip on Saturday, June 24 at 7 P.M.

The 2024 calendar will mark the 37th edition of the hotly anticipated annual project that sees a bevy of bronzed, bold and beautiful firefighters from around the Lower Mainland doff their gear and donate their time to appear in a calendar that has raised more than a million dollars for BC charities since its debut in 1988.

Fans can meet and cheer on the latest batch of prospective models as they strut their stuff onstage at the Hall of Flame Selection Party at The Roxy. General admission tickets to the event are available for $25 per person, with a limited number of VIP booths also available online while supplies last.

Proceeds from sales of the 2023 Hall of Flame calendar will be donated to the BC Professional Firefighters Burn Fund as well as VFC’s roster of charitable outreach programs like Snacks for Kids and Lifelines for Seniors that benefit at-risk youth and seniors in communities throughout BC.

Off-duty firefighters will also raise awareness of and funds for the VFC’s many charitable endeavours by selling apparel and calendars and help members of the public suit up in turnout gear at West Coast Women’s Shows at the Abbotsford Tradex October 13-15 and BC Place November 17-19, with the latter also playing host to the triumphant return of the famous Hall of Flame fashion show.

“The Hall of Flame calendar is the longest running firefighters calendar in the world, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported or continues to support this project,” says Calendar Coordinator Ryan Pidhirniak. “A hundred percent of all ticket and calendar sales and donations directly benefit local charities and causes that need our support now more than ever, and we thank the Roxy for hosting our selection party and everyone who is able to come out and cheer us on.”
