The creators of The Alice: An Immersive Cocktail Experience, The Beauty & The Beast Experience and Neverland Bar are bringing Tinseltown to The Alpen Club on Victoria Drive just in time for the festive season to begin. From November 15th, 2022, the all-encompassing Christmas-themed pop-up will be fulfilling all your festive wishes and overflowing with holly jolly cheer!

Tinseltown is all about celebrating Christmas so you can expect Christmas tunes, themed drinks and more tinsel than you can shake a cracker at. Santa and his elves may even be making a surprise appearance. The halls are more than fully decked with baubles, bows, hanging trees, wreaths and just about every festive goodie ever! You’ll be left unable to shake the spirit and joy of our favourite season.

Tickets are required and can be purchased for just $19.00pp. Tickets include entry to the themed bar for 90 minutes and a festive drink on arrival.

  1. Going to this event is not the move. The servers/elves were definitely lackluster in their service. Mulled wine along many other drinks were gross. There was this “competition” where one of the elves walked around each table and handed out paper, and asked us to “make up a funny Christmas story, they’ll be read aloud and whoever’s is funniest wins and gets a jar of cookies!” No pencils were handed out with the papers given to us…

This same elf/server was incredibly insistent on being in EVERY picture, when we just needed someone to take a picture- then would outright refuse to take pictures of us unless she was in said pictures. No clue what that was about, but it led to some awkward and unnecessary wait times. This entire experience has made me weary of pop-up events in general, use your dollar on something that you know is consistent for holiday fun. Not this cheap, understaffed, underwhelming event.
