Global tea drink brand SWEET7 will make its North American debut when it opens its newest outpost in the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s Shopping District at 1696 Robson Street this fall.

While the Robson Street store opening marks SWEET7’s first foray into the North American market, it’s long been a beloved favourite of beverage aficionados the world over since its debut in China in 2006. Today, SWEET7’s signature teas, fruit drinks, and dessert creations are enjoyed by millions at more than 1,500 stories in 135+ countries.

The Robson Street store menu will feature a range of the brand’s best-loved beverages like the Mango Pomelo Sago — a popular dessert drink made with diced mango, mango purée, coconut milk, sago (mini tapioca balls) and pomelo that has sold more than 300 million cups since it first premiered on the SWEET7 menu.

It will also offer other guest-favourite and seasonal beverages like 1L Watermelon Fruit Tea and its Mango Pomelo Sago with a twist of either Green Tea, Yogurt, Coconut Ice Cream or Sea Salt Cream, rotating soft-serve ice cream flavours like Mango Coconut and Bubble Tea, and plant-based options for those with dietary concerns.

SWEET7 uses locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured brewing techniques to create each gourmet handcrafted beverage and eschews the use of artificial colours or flavours, allowing the fresh fruit and pure, raw ingredients to shine through and offer its customers a healthy beverage with flavour to spare in every sip.

The Robson Street location will offer seating for 20 guests to enjoy its beverages in store, partner with third-party delivery platforms and add an easy to use portal to its website where customers can place orders for pickup.

“We’re excited to bring the first SWEET7 store to North America here in Vancouver and show people why this brand has such a loyal following around the world,” says Liz Tang, Co-Owner of the Robson Street location with partner Sienna Wu. “We look forward to opening the doors this fall and introducing ourselves to the neighbourhood.”
