Saint Valentin Rose Exotique 2023 alternates a pink grapefruit chiffon cake and a pink guava chiffon cake with layers of elderflower-lychee buttercream mousseline and a refreshingly tart key lime curd. The entire cake is finished in a pink chocolate velvet spray, a dripping white chocolate lychee glaze and textured pink chocolate hearts .
Designed to be shared generously with that special someone, though able to feed 4-6 people, Saint Valentin Rose Exotique 2023 ($55.00) will be available starting Friday February 10th and pre-orders are strongly recommended for pickups on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday February 14th..
