Each package includes smoked turkey, brisket, or country ham, paired with classic Southern sides, offering a hearty feast for 8–10 people at just $295. The meals are fully cooked and come with easy-to-follow warming instructions, making holiday hosting stress-free. For those looking to add more to their table, smoked turkeys, briskets, or hams can be ordered separately for $160.
Rosie’s Signature Smoked Dishes
- Fresh, local turkeys are sugar-brined for 24 hours, stuffed with onions and oranges, and slow-smoked over maple, birch, and cherry woods, resulting in exceptional tenderness and rich flavor.
- 63 Acres briskets and Fraser Valley hams are also smoked with the same care and dedication.

- Choice of slow-smoked local farm turkey, Fraser Valley ham, or 63 Acres brisket (6–8 lbs each)
