Quesada, is launching their newest culinary creation –- the Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole! This fiery and flavourful dish will be available in Quesada restaurants across Canada starting from October 25th.

Mole, pronounced mol-EH, is a traditional Mexican sauce known for its rich and complex flavours. It is made from dried chile peppers, fruits, nuts, and seeds. One of the main ingredients in Quesada’s Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole is the Ghost Pepper, an incredibly spicy pepper that is 100x spicier than a jalapeno. The dish features tender chicken tossed in a velvety sweet and savory sauce, infused with the fiery heat of Ghost Peppers. Spice Level: Approximately 8/10 (very spicy with a lingering heat!)

You can get this in different options, including burritos, tacos, bowls, and quesadillas. Prices range from $10.79 CAD for a Regular Mole burrito to $17.99 CAD for the Big Ass Mole Burrito.
