This holiday season, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) is making it easier than ever to enjoy a festive, gourmet meal with their Holiday Dinner To-Go offering from Blue Hat Bakery-Café. Designed for those who want to spend more time celebrating and less time in the kitchen, this year’s holiday menu features a selection of traditional dishes expertly prepared by PICA’s talented chefs.
The Holiday Dinner To-Go serves two people and includes everything you need for a delicious holiday meal, from a succulent turkey feast to a decadent dessert. The menu includes a Citrus-Sage Roasted Turkey Breast and a flavorful Turkey Leg Roulade, both gluten-free, complemented by classic sides such as Buttermilk Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Almondine with Bacon. Additional highlights include Spiced Delicata Squash with Kale, Pickled Onions, and Pomegranate, Salt-Baked Golden Beets with Brussel Sprouts, and Maple-Glazed Carrots. A traditional turkey gravy and Orange-Cranberry Sauce are included to round out the savory elements of the meal, while the dessert, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cambridge Burnt Cream, adds the perfect sweet finishing touch.

Orders for the Holiday Dinner To-Go can be placed now through Sunday, December 22nd, at 4:30 PM or until quantities are sold out. Pick-up will be available on Monday, December 23rd, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and on Tuesday, December 24th, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Upon ordering, customers are asked to specify their preferred pick-up date and time. Each meal includes detailed reheating instructions to ensure that every dish is served at its best.

- Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 22nd, at 4:30 PM or until sold out.
- Pick-up is available on Monday, December 23rd, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Tuesday, December 24th, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Blue Hat Bakery-Café will close at 4:00 PM on December 24th. Any orders not picked up by this time will be available for collection on December 26th.
