Fresh Start Menu Highlights

Smoothies

  • Banana Berry Burst: A mix of strawberry, blueberry, and banana.
  • Tropical Mango: A blend of mango, pineapple, and banana.
  • Green Machine: A mix of spinach, avocado, orange, pineapple, mango, and chia seed.

Avocado Toast (Vegan): Guacamole, chickpea hummus, tomato jam, fresh herbs, and EVOO, served on rustic French rye bread. 

Chia Seed Pudding (Vegan/Gluten-Friendly): A nourishing bowl of banana, shredded coconut, coconut milk, chia, fresh berries, maple syrup, toasted gluten-free oats, shaved almonds, and pistachios.

Huevos In’na Burrito (Vegetarian): Packed with charred tomato salsa, fried pinto beans, scrambled eggs, sour cream, guacamole, and blistered jalapeño peppers, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

These dishes can be made vegetarian when served with gluten-friendly fingerling potatoes, gluten-friendly pesto potatoes, or greens for an extra boost of freshness.

  • Florentine Benny: Wilted spinach, smashed avocado, and tomato jam atop a butter croissant with brown butter hollandaise.
  • Meat-Less to Say Signature Poutine Bowl: Artisan cheese curds, Hass avocado, ripe tomatoes, poached eggs, and brown butter hollandaise.
  • Falafel Burger: A flavourful combination of falafel, chickpea hummus, tzatziki, pickled onions, cucumber, fresh herbs, and sesame seeds on a Japanese milk bun.
  • Vegetable Primavera Scramblette: A mix of mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, and feta cheese.
