Minami welcomes champagne house Forget-Brimont on November 19, 2024

(1118 Mainland Street), Yaletown’s destination for contemporary Japanese cuisine, together with sixth general, family-owned champagne house Forget-Brimont, are hosting an exclusive one-night-only multicourse dining experience on November 19, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.. Guests will have the chance to enjoy a variety of creative dishes, paired exquisitely with champagne from Forget-Brimont. Limited tickets are available now, online.

Created by Minami’s team of talented chefs, led by Lupe Villanueva, the Minami x Forget-Brimont dinner is $250++, and features five includes plus an amuse bouche:

Forget-Brimont’s export director, Valentin Vogel, will be on-site to help guide guests through the champagne pairings.

Based in Ludes since the early 19th century, when the Forget family began producing champagne, Maison Forget-Brimont’s vineyard mainly covers an area with Premier and Grand Crus villages in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. It spans 19 hectares, including Grand Cru vineyards in Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay and Verzy, and Premier Cru vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Sermiers, Taissy, and Villers-Allerand.
