Vancouver’s chicken-and-rib favourite Juke Fried Chicken and its adjacent cocktail/snack bar The Chickadee Room are kicking up the romance factor this February by bringing back Vancouver’s original Fried Chicken Bouquets for Valentine’s Day, and introducing a new canned cocktail for at-home date nights. The Chickadee Room will also be hosting a range of special programming for guests dining in during the Super Bowl on February 13.

Each bouquet swaps out the been-there, done-that Valentine’s Day floral arrangement in favour of eight mouth-watering pieces of Juke’s trademark gluten-free, crispy fried chicken in decorative wrap for $31 plus tax.

Contact-free, ’80s-themed cocktail bar The Chickadee Room has launched its second original canned cocktail – X Marks the Spot, created by all-star Bar Manager Sabrine Dhaliwal. A lightly carbonated canned cocktail that is refreshing and crisp, X Marks the Spot is inspired by the classic Penicillin cocktail, using X by Glenmorangie whisky, honey, ginger and a carefully formulated alternative acid blend. Single cans are available for $10 plus tax, while four-packs are available for $32 plus tax.
