H Tasting Lounge Unveils “The Secret Garden” Dome Dining Experience and New Spring Menu

On March 16, springtime descends on H Tasting Lounge, blanketing the patio and its crystalline domes in other-worldly, jewel-toned beauty. Perfectly timed to greet the arrival of spring, HTL proudly presents The Secret Garden, its annual on-season patio transformation.

Wander into the enchanted garden, past an Instagrammable verdant wall teeming with dark, lush greenery, and out into the open where you are greeted with five translucent domes shimmering in the sunlight, artfully appointed with multicolored blossoms and wild ivy. Offering breathtaking views of the city, harbour and North Shore Mountains, this aesthetic, limited-time al fresco experience is not one to pass up.

No springtide celebration is complete without fresh, new menu items and beverages to spruce up the occasion. Savour a variety of seasonal new additions crafted by Executive Chef Steve Rutherford and Restaurant Chef Homer Baisa, including Seared Jumbo Scallop Linguine with pesto cream sauce, baby spinach and Grana Padano; Cioppino with mussels, clams, prawns, ling cod, and snow crab; Beef Striploin with charred broccolini, and roasted garlic and chive croquettes; plus, additional selections of seafood dishes, crisp salads, decadent desserts, and more.

Adorn your table with a kaleidoscope of drinks featuring vibrant hues and earthy tones such as The Blip – a violet Ube-based cocktail embellished with dried rose petals and an intricate wafer butterfly resting delicately on dreamy coconut-lavender foam. Other new spring cocktails include Feelin’ Dandy, a dandelion root-infused aperitivo, and Cantarnos, a playful garden-themed concoction served in a flower pot.

Guests whom reserve a Secret Garden timeslot between 12pm – 3pm on Saturday or Sunday are welcome to order Afternoon Tea and experience a refined high tea affair from the splendour of our floral lined domes.

Open daily from March 16 to May 8, The Secret Garden reservations go live Friday, February 25 at 3pm at exploretock.com/htastinglounge. Reservations are subject to a minimum spend depending on the meal period and a time limit of 2.5 hours. Minimum spend varies from $150 to $500.
