Ganache Pâtisserie is pleased to announce its newest creation for this upcoming Valentine’s Day. Saint Valentin Fraise Rhubarbe Passion 2021 layers a light passionfruit-cocoa nib chiffon cake with a strawberry-rhubarb cream cheese buttercream mousseline, a berry sangria gelée and tonka bean mascarpone cream. The entire cake is finished in a strawberry-rhubarb buttercream including a crown of piped rosettes on top filled with a strawberry-rhubarb compote, a dripping white chocolate lychee glaze, flakes of gold foil and a gold-dusted chocolate lattice heart.
Designed to be shared generously with that special someone, though able to feed 4-6 people, Saint Valentin Fraises Rhubarbe Passion 2021 ($44.95) will be available starting Friday February 12th and pre-orders are strongly recommended for pickups on Valentine’s weekend, Saturday February 13th and Sunday February 14th. .

Friday February 12th – 9am to 5pm
