Card sharps can get their poker faces on once again, chase the turn and head to the river as the Casino at Parq Vancouver has officially brought back poker as of November 14.
Doors at the aptly named, ‘The Poker Room’, swung open on Level 2 of the casino with games of Pot-Limit Omaha and $1-$3 and $2-$5 No-Limit Hold ‘Em at eight tables with room for 9-10 players on the rail at each table. The poker room is open 24/7 with one or more tables available at all times.
The dedicated poker den features natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, scenic views of downtown Vancouver and False Creek, a dedicated reception desk and poker room staff, big-screen TVs showing big-league action from around the globe and free self-parking for players with their Encore Rewards card.
As part of the Provincial Health Officer’s easing of capacity limits at casinos around BC, Parq is safely increasing access to its gaming floor for all guests who show proof of double vaccination. Guests and staff members are still required to wear face coverings throughout the building.

HOW TO BOOK SEATS AND CHECK IN
Poker players looking to book a seat for Pot-Limit Omaha or Hold ‘Em games can call the Parq Poker Room at 778-370-8887 and follow prompts. Reservations will be held for up to two hours from time of call. Guests can check in at poker reception with the poker room supervisor until their time to join the tables.
