Under the creative leadership of its new Executive Chef, Craig Sung, Forage invites diners to experience the essence of Thanksgiving through a delectable menu, available for both dine-in and take-out.

Dine-In Delight on October 8th and 9th ($75 per person):

Forage’s dine-in Thanksgiving experience, taking place on October 8th and 9th, promises an unforgettable journey for your taste buds. The feast begins with a refreshing salad featuring baby kale, arugula, Belgian endive, rosé vinaigrette, roasted walnuts, and aged cheddar. The main course boasts two exceptional protein dishes: JD Farms Specialty Turkey, served with white and dark meat accompanied by chanterelle and turkey chorizo stuffing, pan gravy, Spicebox whisky cranberry sauce, and garlic butter pomme purée. Additionally, delight in smoked boneless Fraser Valley pork rack paired with maple and apple slaw, fall vegetables, and honey garlic Brussels sprouts. The meal culminates with the beloved dessert, sticky toffee pudding, drizzled with whisky caramel and Chantilly cream.

Thanksgiving To-Go ($55 per person):

For those who prefer to celebrate in the comfort of their own homes, Forage offers a convenient Thanksgiving To-Go option. You can savor the same exceptional flavors and culinary expertise by ordering the to-go meal, available for pickup on October 8th and 9th.

Whole Turkey Dinner Packages ($395 for 8 kg turkey, serves 12-15 people):

For larger gatherings, Forage presents whole turkey dinner packages, ensuring everyone around your table enjoys a delicious Thanksgiving meal. Each package includes an impressive 8 kg turkey, perfect for serving 12-15 guests. Orders for these packages must be placed by October 6th, with pickup scheduled for October 8th and 9th.
