Glowbal Restaurant Group and Five Sails restaurant are celebrating yet another accolade with news that the beloved waterfront destination located in the Pan Pacific Hotel has been bestowed with a third-consecutive Traveler’s Choice Award for ‘Best of the Best’ Fine Dining from Tripadvisor.
Five Sails was named ninth on a list that singles out fine-dining establishments across the country that receive a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period. Out of the more than eight million listings on Tripadvisor, fewer than one per cent achieve that milestone.

Five Sails was one of only four BC restaurants and two in the city to be tapped for the honour, with Ucluelet’s Pluvio Restaurant, Whistler’s Araxi Restaurant and Oyster Bar and Vancouver’s Hawksworth Restaurantbeing ranked third, sixth and tenth, respectively.
