Five Sails: Holiday 2020 Five-Course Christmas Menu

Vancouver’s iconic Five Sails Restaurant invites friends and family to gather for an intimate holiday dining experience this Christmas while enjoying a festive five-course Christmas Dinner Menu exclusively available on Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Saturday, December 26, in addition to a decadent Eggs & Caviar Brunch service offered exclusively on Saturday, December 26.  

Renowned for its sophisticated West Coast cuisine and sweeping waterfront and mountain views, Five Sails is an enchanting destination for celebrating safely with loved ones this holiday season. The restaurant’s multi-course Christmas Menu offers a wide variety of options with dishes showcasing premium meat and seafood, seasonal vegetables and decadent desserts. Menu highlights include a roasted beef tenderloin rossimi, creamy lobster beet risotto, and a turkey dinner served with all the traditional holiday trimmings.

Five Sails’ Christmas Menu will be available exclusively from December 24 to 26. Tables may be reserved on Christmas Eve from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.; on Christmas Day from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and on Boxing Day from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Five Sails will also be offering an elegant one-day-only Eggs & Caviar brunch service on Saturday, December 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sophisticated feature menu will include five unique egg-based dishes from Executive Chef Pascal Georges, each accompanied by 8 grams of premium-grade Northern Divine caviar. First-class breakfast selections include Truffle and Cheese Souffle, Omelet with truffle pecronio and arugula, and Eggs Casserole. Guests can further elevate their Eggs & Caviar dining experience by adding Burgundy Black Truffles to their dishes for a supplementary $6 per gram. Reservation is required for this special menu.
