Award-winning Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie has launched a limited edition Cherry Blossom Treat Collection in celebration of spring. With locations in Burnaby Heights and White Rock, Chez Christophe is renowned for its handcrafted chocolate showpieces, artisan bonbons, and decadent pastries and cakes. This new collection is available for pre-order online and in-store beginning March 20, with pickup dates from March 25 – April 5, 2025.
Chez Christophe’s Cherry Blossom-inspired offerings blend springtime floral flavours with the patisserie’s signature craftsmanship. The collection includes:
- Blossom Cake with matcha white chocolate mousse, sour cherry compote, cherry namelaka, matcha genoise, and milk chocolate crunch.
- Flower Croissant featuring flaky pastry with marzipan-filled petals and an orange marmeláde core.
- Cherry Blossom Chocolate Box – 4 pieces featuring a 70% dark chocolate shell filled with cherry and jasmine tea jelly and Copperpenny Distilling cherry blossom-infused gin ganache.
- Tokyo Fog Tea Latte made with cherry blossom syrup, English breakfast tea, and steamed milk on top, topped with ground ruby chocolate and cocoa powder. Available March 19 – April 5.
- Ice Sakura Cloud Latte with espresso and milk, topped with cherry blossom whipped cream. Available March 19 – April 5.
Chez Christophe has two convenient locations: 4717 Hastings St., Burnaby, BC, and 1558 Johnston Rd., White Rock, BC. They are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited item quantities are available for the Cherry Blossom Treat Collection. Guests are encouraged to order early online for in-store pickup to avoid disappointment.
