Award-winning Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie has launched its much-anticipated Valentine’s Chocolate and Dessert Collection for 2025. With locations in Burnaby Heights and White Rock, Chez Christophe is renowned for its handcrafted chocolate showpieces, artisan bonbons, and decadent pastries and cakes. This year’s collection is available for pre-order online and in-store, with select pickup dates leading up to February 14, 2025.

Key to My Heart Chocolate Showpiece ($28.95)
- Available February 1–14
- This handcrafted chocolate heart showpiece is made entirely from signature single-origin Ecuador 43% milk chocolate and rich single-origin 65% dark chocolate from Alto el Sol. The heart-shaped creation is filled with limited-edition pink milk chocolate corn puff dragees, offering a surprise for Valentine’s celebrations.
Raspberry Ruby Amour Cake ($8.95 each)

- This luxurious dessert features a tangy raspberry ruby crémeux, rice crispy and rich chocolate and almond crunch, a moist chocolate sponge, and an indulgent 70% dark chocolate mousse.
Valentine’s Couplet Chocolate Box – 9 pieces ($24.95)
