Chez Christophe 2025 Easter Collection

 Award-winning Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie has launched its Easter Chocolate and Dessert Collection for 2025. With locations in Burnaby Heights and White Rock, Chez Christophe is renowned for its handcrafted chocolate showpieces, decadent pastries, and desserts. The entire collection is now available for pre-order online and in-store, with select pickup dates available from March 29 to April 20, 2025.
 
Chez Christophe’s Easter chocolate showpieces celebrate the holiday with handcrafted creations that range from playful to downright decadent. The four-piece collection includes the captivating Egg Carton, which features six chocolate eggs in three flavours presented in an entirely chocolate “carton.” 

  • Egg Carton—40% Milk chocolate “carton” with six chocolate eggs (two of each flavour) plus one piece of milk chocolate corn pop dragee hidden under the yellow chick.
    • Blue Egg: Almond hazelnut praline with freeze-dried BC blueberry pieces, 70% dark chocolate shell. 
    • Pink Egg: Mainland whisky pecan praline with freeze-dried cherry pieces, 70% dark chocolate shell. 
    • Yellow Egg: Mango filling and coconut praline, 70% dark chocolate shell. 
  • Jericho & Kits Easter Bunnies—A small bunny and fence made from 40% milk chocolate and a larger bunny of 70% dark chocolate, with a base of 29% white chocolate. 
  • Arcott the Sheep—70% premium dark chocolate, dressed in salted caramel crisp pearls, sitting on a 29% white chocolate base. 
  • Hen-rietta—40% milk chocolate hen, dipped in 70% dark chocolate mixed with pop rocks, sitting on a 29% white chocolate base.

 
In addition, the collection offers an Origami Bunny in three chocolate varieties and assorted chocolate lollipops, and the Café is featuring a Mini Egg Mocha from April 8 – 20.

The star of the Easter dining table will be Chez Christophe’s limited-edition cakes. The individual Carrot Cake Chick features rich cream cheese mousse paired with caramel and carrot cake; the chick-shaped cake is nestled atop a pecan crunch crumble. The Easter Travel Cake is a carrot cake with a cinnamon caramel ganache glazed with a blend of milk chocolate and hazelnut pieces and decorated with mini eggs.

Chez Christophe has two convenient locations: 4717 Hastings St., Burnaby, BC, and 1558 Johnston Rd., White Rock, BC. They are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited item quantities are available for the Easter Collection.
