This Easter weekend, Lavantine Rooftop Restaurant & Skybar is offering a special Easter feature menu, created by Chef Daniel Kenney, that’s perfect for gathering with friends and family. Available from April 18 to 20, this menu is designed to serve 4–6 guests and features a delicious Mediterranean-inspired feast.

The Easter Feature Menu is available for an early bird price of $265 plus tax and gratuity. For the main course, guests will enjoy a whole roasted leg of lamb with a pomegranate glaze, accompanied by saffron rice, broccolini, and sweet potato purée. To finish the meal, dessert includes a delectable Egyptian rice pudding topped with toasted almonds, cherry compote, and passionfruit.

Chef Daniel Kenney shares, “We wanted to create a menu that feels both celebratory and comforting. This Easter, we’re focusing on bold, vibrant flavours to bring people together around the table.”
