 C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine is warming up the fall and winter by adding new cocktails and dinner dishes to the menu at the chic downtown dining destination located in the heart of the iconic Century Plaza Hotel (1015 Burrard Street).

Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr’s latest update of the menu at the Italian-inspired classic steakhouse warms heart and soul alike via an array of seasonally inspired, farm-forward fare like Osso e Manzo, Scallops & Pork Belly, Murgella Burrata, Branzino and hand-made pasta creations and entrées that include:

Negroni aficionados can indulge in the quintessential classic courtesy of a list of Negroni della Casa that showcases the 1919 Classico (Sheringham gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Campari), Empressa (Empress Gin, Campari, Aperol, Galliano), Negroni Del Pirata (Apple Vodka, Malibu Rum, Cynar, Campari), Negroni Canadese (Grappa, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Maple Syrup), and Negroni Mezcal (Casamigos Mezcal & Tequila, Campari, Sweet Vermouth).
