Botanist: 2022 Mother’s Day three-course menu

With Mother’s Day quickly approaching (Sunday, May 8), Botanist has crafted a special three-course menu.

With reservations available on both Saturday, May 7th and Sunday, May 8th, the three-course menu by Executive Chef Hector Laguna is available from 11am to 2pm priced at $84 per person. 

The meal begins with a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, and also includes a handcrafted cocktail such as the Velvet Morning (añejo tequila, espresso, sherry and cream) or Pacific Mist (tea-steeped gin, grappa, vanilla honey and egg white). Guests can choose a selection of three plates from each respective section of the menu: Morning Stretch, Main Event and Sweet Ending. Morning Stretch options include a Salmon Tartine on open-faced sourdough and Homemade Burrata Salad with spring vegetables and marinated olives. For the Main Event, choose from indulgent dishes like an Oven Roasted Lamb Leg with roasted root vegetables and rosemary jus, or a Ricotta Salata with veal ragu cavatelli. Ending on a sweet note, guests can choose from the following: Citrus Olive Oil Cake, Dark Chocolate Black Currant Fondant and White Chocolate Lychee Mousse
