C Prime: 2025 Valentine’s Day Menu

C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr and his culinary team are writing a recipe for romance with exclusive prix-fixe and à-la-carte dining options for Valentine’s Day celebrations Friday, Feb. 14 Saturday, Feb. 15 at the chic downtown dining destination in the heart of the iconic Century Plaza Hotel (1015 Burrard Street).

Available on both nights, the C|Prime showcase features include a Valentine’s Set Menu for Two available for $150 plus tax and gratuity that starts with a rose and two glasses of Prosecco before a true feast for the senses that includes House Brioche with confit garlic herb butter, Lobster Ravioli (bisque reduction, lobster oil), Porcini-Rubbed Striploin (cappelletti of mushroom, smoked carrots, garlic cream, truffle jus, watercress) and a dessert duo of Chocolate Marquis with sea salt and Raspberry Tarte with pomegranate pearls and aged balsamic and a Chocolate Strawberry farewell.
