C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr and his culinary team are writing a recipe for romance with exclusive prix-fixe and à-la-carte dining options for Valentine’s Day celebrations Friday, Feb. 14 & Saturday, Feb. 15 at the chic downtown dining destination in the heart of the iconic Century Plaza Hotel (1015 Burrard Street).
Available on both nights, the C|Prime showcase features include a Valentine’s Set Menu for Two available for $150 plus tax and gratuity that starts with a rose and two glasses of Prosecco before a true feast for the senses that includes House Brioche with confit garlic herb butter, Lobster Ravioli (bisque reduction, lobster oil), Porcini-Rubbed Striploin (cappelletti of mushroom, smoked carrots, garlic cream, truffle jus, watercress) and a dessert duo of Chocolate Marquis with sea salt and Raspberry Tarte with pomegranate pearls and aged balsamic and a Chocolate Strawberry farewell.
