The patisserie is located in Burnaby Heights and White Rock and is known for its signature handcrafted desserts, limited-edition specialty croissants, and chocolate showpieces. The entire collection is now available for pre-order online and in-store, with pickup dates starting today for select items. The ordering deadline is Thursday, October 10, 2024.
The star of this year’s holiday dinner will be Chez Christophe’s Revisited Thanksgiving Pumpkin Tart, available in three size options. The elegant tart is a modern interpretation of a classic pumpkin pie featuring a smooth, spiced pumpkin filling and a layer of pumpkin caramel with warm notes of cinnamon. It is nestled in a buttery crust and topped with a pecan frangipane. Each bite captures the essence of autumn and is sure to impress guests.
The limited-edition Pumpkin Spice Latte Cruffin, available for pickup on October 11 and 12, 2024, is an eye-catching addition to Thanksgiving brunch or breakfast. The handcrafted Thanksgiving cruffin (a hybrid of a croissant and a muffin) is filled with a smooth, spiced pumpkin pastry cream made with coffee beans from Vancouver’s Pallet Coffee Roasters and pumpkin caramel with warm notes of cinnamon.
Separately, Chez Christophe has released its bewitching Halloween Treat Collection, featuring spooky chocolate showpieces, chocolate lollipops, black and gold dragee, and a specialty croissant for a hauntingly delicious time.
Chez Christophe has two convenient locations: 4717 Hastings St., Burnaby, BC, and 1558 Johnston Rd., White Rock, BC. They are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited item quantities are available for the Thanksgiving Collection.
