The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) will salute a true culinary legend when its Chef-Instructors and their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts students hosts a five-course Tribute Dinner to Thomas Keller’s Bouchon at the campus on Thursday, May 30.
From 6 to 9 p.m., guests will be transported via plate and palate to the vineyard town of Yountville in Napa Valley, California, where Keller — the only American-born chef to hold multiple three Michelin Star ratings — founded the beloved bistro in 1998.
Tickets to the dinner, which features favourites and classics from a Bouchon fresh sheet that pays homage to the traditional French country style of cooking with dishes such as Rillettes aux Deux Saumons, Truite Amandine, Jarret d’Agneau Rôti à la Matignan and more, are available for $125 per person inclusive of service charge plus tax.
