A ready-made seasonal holiday feast is back, just in time to save Christmas. The Peake Feast To Go is just one of the many convenient holiday offerings from Peake Catering | Events, Vancouver’s premier catering and events provider.

This year’s Peake Feast To Go feeds four to six people without dirtying a single pot or pan: each dish is pre-cooked and comes with reheating instructions. Order by 3pm on December 18 for pick-up on December 22, 23 or 24.

This year’s Peake Feast To Go includes:

  • pre-carved sage and cinnamon-brined turkey OR yam and shiitake vegan “meatloaf”
  • focaccia stuffing, fig gravy, orange-cranberry compote
  • Brussels sprouts and kale with almonds, cranberries, feta and mulled wine vinaigrette
  • broccolini, carrots and parsnips with lavender honey, chives and hazelnuts
  • butternut squash cacio e pepe with pepper, Parmesan, lemon and chives
  • Yukon potato mash with roasted garlic and thyme
  • caramelized pumpkin tart with candied pecans and maple whipped cream
  • raisin and walnut baguette with butternut squash butter

For larger groups, optional add-on dishes include:

  • caramelized pear tatin with salted caramel mousse, coconut cremeux tartlet, spiced pumpkin cake with pecans, dark chocolate cupcake with peppermint ganache
  • roasted pumpkin soup, roasted cauliflower salad, roasted French beans
  • yam and shiitake “meatloaf”

Peake Catering | Events also offers holiday menus for 12 or more guests such as the White Winter, featuring smoked ham and a luxe mac and cheese; or the Caroller, featuring toasty paninis and steaming-hot soup. Peake’s other holiday offerings, from canapé receptions and platters to chef-attended carving and food stations (think: freshly shucked oysters or mashed-potato bars, or a station with Grass Fed Beef Ribeye with cranberry merlot jus) – help create unforgettable gatherings and memories.
