Nourish Spring Series’ experiences will consist of relaxation, fitness, rejuvenation, nutrition and the pursuit of a balanced lifestyle. Attendees are invited to participate in Farm to Table Dinners, Trips to the Farm, Lakeside Grillin’ and Chillin’, Wellness Dinners, Sunday Brunches, and various Body and Soul events, each one designed with the intention to deliver different forms of nourishment.

“The events in this new series were specifically curated to provide lots of fun opportunities for attendees to connect with food, the land, and their own bodies. They can expect to be inspired by the talent, delighted by the menus, enlightened by local farmers, and moved mindfully in unique, Whistler locations they may not have known existed. Lots of thoughtful details have been woven into the events, and the team is excited to bring you a taste of Cornucopia with a nourishing, spring twist!” – Bree Eagles, Events Manager at Tourism Whistler

Similar to Cornucopia in the fall, various Whistler restaurants are hosting distinct multi-course dining experiences comprising of local, sustainable produce and beverage pairings. What makes the Nourish Spring Series stand apart from the fall festival, however, are the open-air venues and body and soul events that guests can discover depending on the nourishing journey they choose:

  • The historic Station House on the shore of Alta Lake will be animated by the Grillin’ and Chillin’, Sunday Brunch, and Paint and Picnic series,
  • A Trip to the Farm with wellness expert Astrid Cameron Kent will lead guests on a rejuvenating journey through four local farms in the Pemberton Valley, and
  • Dance classes will have guests moving and learning in the Meadow at the Audain Art Museum.

While some events are free to attend, others are ticketed, and capacity is limited. Purchase your tickets now to lock in your unique opportunity to experience wellness in the mountains.
