Parq Vancouver’s The Victor: Sunday Brunch Service Starting January 8

The Victor is giving Vancouver brunch fans a new reason to rise and shine by re-introducing its popular Sunday Brunch Service to the weekend menu at the classic steak and seafood restaurant located in the heart of downtown hotspot Parq Vancouver starting Sunday, January 8.

The Victor’s Brunch Menu returns in all its glory after a three-year hiatus to redefine lazy Sundays with can’t-miss feasts for the senses in its opulent and intimate dining enclave featuring highlights like the Build Your Own Bloody Mary & Caesar Bar and Mimosa Cart that mingle top-shelf spirits and sparkling wines, fresh-squeezed juices and gourmet garnishes prepared by The Victor bar team and served tableside before the eyes of guests.

Executive Chef Garret Blundell’s menu includes traditional brunch favourites also get elevated to a new level in dishes including Oscar Eggs Benedict (crab cakes, poached eggs, broccolini, Béarnaise)Japanese Soufflé Pancakes (candied orange, yuzu custard), Caramelized Bananas Foster French Toast (thick-cut brioche, macadamia nut brittle, banana whipped cream) and Shakshuka (wild mushrooms, free-range eggs, sliced avocado, Arrabiatta sauce, sourdough toast), among others.

Sushi Chef Jae Cho will preside over the Raw Bar and prepare an array of sushi and sashimi creations to order, while seafood fans can haul in a bounty of the ocean’s best in Seafood Platters for two to six people as well as a signature Victor Hot Seafood Pot for the table showcasing Nova Scotia lobster, Alaskan King crab, jumbo prawns, scallops, mussels, seafood nagé, fingerling potatoes, cauliflower and garlic herb toast.

Brunchers with voracious appetites can get fired up and find their fill with fare like the Snake River Wagyu Breakfast Burger (8oz, fried egg, thick cut bacon, tomato jam, caramelized onions, Taleggio cheese, black truffle dressing, triple cooked fries), Steak & Eggs Diane (8oz eye of ribeye Delmonico, Dijon peppercorn sauce, fried egg, onion rings), and a 50oz USDA Prime Tomahawk for the Table(crushed fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini, trio of sauces).
