HIDDEN GEM COCKTAIL
A light and refreshing take on a dark rum mojito that will take you on a tropical escape this holiday season. The rum is crafted with fruit and spicy notes that create a distinctly Caribbean character.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Bumbu Rum
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Codorniu Cava
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker
- Add Bumbu Rum and bitters to the shaker
- Fill the shaker half full with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- Strain into glass with ice
- Top with Codorniu Cava and stir
- Garnish with a mint sprig
