Every Sunday in December (plus Saturday, December 24), from 4pm to 10pm, H2 hosts a bountiful, leisurely supper — with an exquisitely festive menu created by its culinary team especially for the holidays. Savour smoked turkey breast roulade with cornbread stuffing, red-skinned mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, buttered green beans, cranberry gastrique, and sage jus. Complement your meal with a wine from an expertly curated collection of BC, US and international vintages for just $45 per bottle. Soak up the festivities to the sound of live music in the cozy corners of the open-concept restaurant. Enhance your supper apéritif routine with a line-up of Yuletide-inspired cocktails under heated gazebos in the courtyard, weather permitting.
The Sunday Supper Series is served à la carte for $39 per person, or family-style (for four), with an additional course of creamy celeriac soup, for $139.

Christmas Day Brunch with Santa

It’s a tradition that families and friends from across Vancouver (and beyond) have been making a part of their Christmas Day celebration for years.
The H2 Christmas Day Brunch is back — and even Santa will be there! Help yourself to a festive spread featuring traditional signatures such as a classic brined and roasted Fraser Valley turkey infused with fresh herbs and signature stuffing, as well as an overwhelming variety of dishes including: fresh salads; local charcuterie and cheeses; seafood (including Dungeness crab, wild Pacific salmon, and fresh-shucked oysters); assorted dim sum; “action stations” serving carved-to-order roasted ribeye and Salmon Wellington; a lavish dessert table of housemade pastries and cakes; and more.
Note: Santa will be waiting to greet kids on his Christmas throne located in the hotel lobby.
The H2 Christmas Day Brunch runs from 11:30am to 3pm. $125 per adult; $55 per child aged 5-12 (taxes and gratuity not included). Free for children under 5.
