Two days of Texas BBQ and a Labour Day taco pop-up to make the weekend delicious

To celebrate Labour Day, Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse will be popping up at Batch Vancouver in the Plaza of Nations all weekend long. Guests can find a sunny seat on the licensed 70 seat patio while the Rosie’s crew slow cooks locally sourced meats in “Hank”, their 19’ Texas smoker.

On Saturday and Sunday, Rosie’s will be offering their classic Central Texas BBQ with favourites like brisket, ribs, Barbacoa beef, and smoked links. Burgers are the official food of long weekends for many, and Rosie’s will also offer juicy, delicious smoked burgs made from custom ground 63 Acres Beef.

On Monday, they’ll be rolling out a special taco pop-up inspired by the recipes Chef Karl Gregg has learned during culinary trips to Mazatlan. The tacos will be served up on delicious Los Güeros artisanal tortillas and will include options including smoked El Pastor with green sauce and pineapple, Carne asada with housemade salsa macha, Barbacoa beef with fire roasted salsa, pulled pork with tomatillo salsa, and 63 Acres brisket with salsa macha.
