B House: NYE 2020 Menu

Chef and Owner Hung of B House has prepared a special three-course that’s available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu for $45.

Start with homemade Chicken Pho (with fresh herbs, shredded poached chicken and chili flakes); choose between Surf n’ Turf (duck fat seared AAA Top Sirloin, prawn thermidor sauce, cinnamon yam swirl mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables) or Stuffed Wild Sockeye Salmon (creamy artichoke, duck fat seared baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Samba beurre blanc, cucumber fresca, balsamic glazed) or Vegan Meatloaf (Beyond meatloaf, kabocha mash, vegan demi and seasonal vegetables); finish with homemade Chocolate Molten Brownie (salted caramel, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and fresh strawberry); plus a glass of sparkling wine per person. Reservations are available online and by phone.
