 Parq Casino will ring the bells and bring forth Christmas cheer this holiday season with festive food and drink features at three of its most popular hotspots at the downtown stay-and-play destination at 39 Smithe Street.

Parq Casino’s Centre Bar will help guests channel their seasonal cheer by shaking up a trio of festive cocktails including the Snowflake Martini (Smirnoff, crème de cacao, peppermint schnapps), $16; The Grinch (Goldschlager, butter ripple schnapps, Sour Puss apple, soda, lime juice), $15; and Winter Sangria (Cabernet Merlot, St. Remy VSOP, Peach Schnapps, pineapple and orange juices, cinnamon stick, star anise), $17.

Those looking to turn the page to 2025 can also count down the minutes to midnight on Tuesday, December 31 as Parq Casino hosts a New Year’s Countdown on the Casino floor on Level 2 with complimentary noisemakers and party hats and surprise drink specials on tap throughout the night at various bars and restaurants.

Brunch & Dinner Buffets

Honey Salt will play host to festive Brunch and Dinner Buffets on Christmas Eve (Tues., Dec. 24) and Christmas Day (Weds., Dec. 25) that offer a mouth-watering array of classic dishes and contemporary West Coast cuisine, chef stations, seasonal favourites, desserts and more.

The Brunch Buffets are offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day for $58 per adult, $28 for kids 4 to 10 and free for kids under three and showcase fresh-baked pastries, scones, waffles and brioche, hot and cold breakfast items, an as-you-like-it Egg Station with chef-prepared omelettes, sweet and savoury crepes and desserts to tempt the sweet tooth of guests of all ages.

The Dinner Buffets are offered from 5 to 9 p.m. both days for $78 per adult, $48 for kids 4 to 10 and free for kids under three and feature classic fare to warm the heart including hors d’oeuvres (prawn cocktails, herb & cheddar brioche, bacon-wrapped scallops) herb-roasted turkey and roasted striploin chef carving stations, mouth-watering sides (mac & cheese, sourdough stuffing, mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, green bean amandine, roasted carrots) and a variety of sweet dessert treats including chocolate toffee bread pudding & Anglaise, pecan and butter tarts, fruit cake and more.

Brunch aficionados can gear up for seasonal celebrations by gathering with friends and family for a pre-Christmas Sunday Brunch Buffet at The Victor Sunday Dec. 22 available for $65 per person for adults and $30 for children under 12.

Guests can choose a signature brunch item (avocado toast, bananas foster French toast, Ahi tuna poke bowl, Shakshuka, hot honey chicken & waffles, Victor Victoria or oscar benedict) and then graze from a buffet that includes a sushi & seafood bar, market & pâtisserie station showcasing salads, fruits and fresh pastries, chefs’ carving stations featuring prime rib, bone-in honey ham and Rossdown Farms free range turkey, and a dessert & candy station with decadent delights like dark & white chocolate fondue, candy cane Nanaimo bars, toffee bread pudding, chocolate & caramel tarts and more.

In addition to its regular menu, The Victor will also showcase a special Christmas Set Menu Sunday, Dec. 22 through Wednesday, Dec. 25  that includes a mug of The Victor’s signature mulled wine and cheese & onion bread followed by a choice of appetizer and entrée and dessert course of toffee bread pudding for $96 per person plus tax and gratuity, with wine pairings also available for an additional $42 per person.
